Job Summary

Own plant accounting and financial management, ensuring accurate, audit-ready books and strong internal controls. Manage trial balance ownership, SKU costing, variance analysis, and third-party bottler costing, including explaining cost of production. Drive statutory compliance and tax/litigation readiness, manage CAPEX processes, and forecast spending and capacity targets. Partner with plant teams and head office to analyze KPIs, communicate financial results, and support projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own overall accounting, tax compliance/litigation readiness, and ensure zero non-compliance to applicable rules and SOP.
•Maintain audit-ready internal controls through periodic reviews and self-audits, including stock and fixed-asset verification and reconciliation.
•Ensure data integrity in the ERP system and COGS tool (vendor, stock, and non-stock) and resolve item/BOM setup issues.
•Develop plant CAPEX and spending forecasts, review capex POs/CERs, and track ROI/payback and annual capacity/cost/capex targets.
•Represent finance at the plant; communicate performance status with KPI owners and support projects, process improvements, and bottler costing optimization.

Key Requirements

•CA with strong communication and presentation skills
•2–4 years of experience, preferably in FMCG
•Expert understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax rules
•Experience handling reporting and analysis, financial accounting, and consolidation
•Risk management and internal control; ability to handle a team of professionals
