Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and development for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context/session management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, technical solution generation, test case generation, test report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate knowledge augmentation capabilities including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs for enterprise use cases.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation, quality measurement, and cost/stability management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardize and productionize platform capabilities to improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related).
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale delivery roles.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI-related production work in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong systems thinking focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • •Proficiency in Java/Python and deep experience with LLM/agent architectures and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph).
