Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regulatory compliance for POA/MOA (2 POA / 4 MOA) and serve as primary interface to EASA and OSAC for information and reporting.
  • •Maintain approval documentation (manuals and DO/PO arrangements) and coordinate declaration of organisational changes impacting production/logistics/procurement/repairs.
  • •Run and track external authority audits, analyze non-conformity findings, and ensure corrective action plans are deployed.
  • •Operate the SMS process, govern and animate the safety management system network (~50 correspondents), and manage safety risk and major incident reporting to authorities.
  • •Promote safety culture and drive continuous improvement by tracking safety performance indicators and ensuring required SMS training.
