Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong leadership to a cost management team, ensuring delivery of accountabilities and driving team strategy, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants across all project stages while maintaining excellent communication and serving as a commercial first point of contact.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle, including contract administration support and commercial coordination.
  • •Coordinate/assist strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services, including reporting overall commercial status and weekly project updates.
  • •Manage financial performance using internal software and tools, implement business management systems and delivery methodologies, and support contracting/procurement strategy, capital planning, and RFP responses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and manufacturing/industrial construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • •Experience managing client relationships, project stakeholders, and cost management teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.
