Lead day-to-day store operations and guide hourly associates to support sales, profitability, and operational goals. Key Responsibilities

•Act in a leadership capacity to support store sales, profitability, and operational goals by guiding hourly associates’ day-to-day procedures.
•Guide daily store operations and associate activities to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
•Provide one-on-one and small group training for Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
•Assist management with merchandising, including window and sales-floor displays, and support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
•Handle sales transactions (cash, credit, checks), resolve customer complaints/returned merchandise issues, and ensure the highest adidas service level.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or actively pursuing one.
•Preferred: 3 to 6 months of retail experience.
•Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale system.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays (and overtime during peak periods).
