Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional expertise for SAP SD processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Analyze, design, configure, and optimize SAP SD processes.
  • •Support end-to-end order-to-cash processes including order management, shipping, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing.
  • •Define functional requirements for EDI-related SD interfaces, coordinate resolution of EDI errors, and work with EDI/IDoc specialists on inbound and outbound messages.
  • •Support integration testing and transition activities (data migration, cutover, go-live) and contribute to functional documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-7 years of strong functional experience with SAP SD, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • •Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service Management / Service Order Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Sales and Order Management, Shipping, Deliveries, Billing, and Invoicing (Order-to-Cash processes).
  • •Good understanding of SAP EDI and IDoc processes from a functional perspective, including defining and testing EDI scenarios related to SD processes.
  • •Professional proficiency in English or German is required.
