Store Sales Associate (Part Time), One Utama

Deliver exceptional customer experiences at the One Utama store by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support the store team with product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room activities, and daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs while adhering to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
