Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute rental sales strategies to achieve sales targets and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
•Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service and support for satisfaction and retention.
•Use technical knowledge of HVAC systems to conduct site surveys and assessments and recommend suitable rental equipment and solutions.
•Prepare and present proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and secure rental agreements.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide sales insights, maintain accurate sales records, report performance to management, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (advanced degree or professional certifications in HVAC or sales are a plus).
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, rental equipment sales, or a related field with a proven track record of meeting targets and developing new business.
•Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handlers, with ability to conduct technical assessments.
•Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to close sales and build client rapport.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
