  • •Motivate and lead a team of payroll operations specialists to execute on time payroll and ensure that the team delivers services in line with business and customer expectations.
  • •Hire and train new team members to support our market expansion and scaling operations.
  • •Drive your team performance to ensure we are executing and meeting performance KPIs.
  • •Monitor and report on the team’s progress to ensure requirements, KPIs and deadlines are met.
  • •Facilitate training and development initiatives to build a skilled and high-performing team.

Key Requirements
