•Foster and nurture strong client relationships and support client satisfaction.
•Ensure timely and successful delivery of Medscape solutions aligned to client needs and objectives.

•Manage day-to-day collaboration from sale through execution and launch, including project health and quality checks.
•Maintain clear, consistent client communication using kickoff documents, status reports, contact reports, and follow-ups.
