Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver full-cycle recruitment for early-career programs, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding handover.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to define and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring targets across regions.
  • •Build and manage annual recruitment and branding calendars, including scalable sourcing strategies from universities and early-career communities.
  • •Develop university relations and execute virtual and in-person campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.
  • •Use ATS data and metrics to track recruiting success, identify improvements, and provide regular reporting to program leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing university recruiting or junior talent recruitment programs with strong knowledge of university placement strategies.

  • •Proven full-cycle, high-volume early-career recruiting experience (internship, graduate, campus, or early-career programs).
  • •Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse and Workday, plus familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms and digital sourcing tools.
  • •Bachelor's degree and ability to travel up to 20% to support on-campus recruiting.
