Job Summary

Support Visa’s Philippines sales operations by centralizing deal governance, contract management, client incentives, and reporting. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate tracking of deal economics, assumptions, and risks. Deliver timely insights into pipeline performance and financial metrics, and streamline workflows using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools so the sales team can focus on client engagement and revenue growth. This is a hybrid role.

•Provide centralized operational support across deal structuring, contract management, and client incentive tracking.
•Ensure deal governance by partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to maintain compliance with internal policies and approvals.
•Manage and track client contracts, incentives, and financial commitments with high accuracy.
•Produce timely reporting on pipeline performance, deal progress, and financial metrics to support decisions.
•Monitor deal economics, validate assumptions, and highlight risks or variances to drive disciplined financial execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, financial analysis, contract management, or a similar analytical function.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a governance-driven approach.
•Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
