Rental Coordinator

Coordinate the end-to-end rental experience by responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the EquipmentShare rental process, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors. You’ll resolve customer inquiries and requests, ensure customers are satisfied with service and support, and help grow the customer base by building relationships and educating customers on how EquipmentShare saves money and improves efficiency using the proprietary T3 platform.
