Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • •Drive sales for an assigned category by partnering on sell-through and training the team on category needs.
  • •Lead a customer-facing, service-oriented team by coaching and providing feedback to ensure full Burberry Experience delivery.
  • •Manage customer flow to ensure service standards and that clients are not left unattended.
