Key Responsibilities

  • •Define Data Fabric/NoC features and capabilities required to meet SoC requirements on power, performance, and area; provide technical direction to execution teams
  • •Lead discussions on ARM/x86 core interfacing to AMD data fabric IPs to match SoC requirements
  • •Lead design on one or more domains for the data fabric implementation
  • •Work with architects/design leads to identify and address complex issues/risks and develop/implement solutions
  • •Mentor and share knowledge; coordinate with design/verification teams for area refinement, timing targets, pre-Si bug resolution, and performance/power verification

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelors or Masters degree)
  • •Expertise in NoC architecture and CPU/GPU coherency
  • •Experience interfacing ARM and/or x86 cores to data fabric IPs and SoC requirements
  • •Ability to lead architecture and micro-architecture discussions and drive technical specifications
  • •Strong communication and mentoring skills across design teams and with executives
