Key Responsibilities

  • •Support WMS, WES, WCS, and other order processing systems across the fulfillment network
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS/WES/WCS and related systems as they occur
  • •Use reporting tools to create reports that improve operation visibility and performance
  • •Develop deep knowledge of site-level operations to drive and support continuous improvement efforts
  • •Provide point-of-contact production support (including order research and ad hoc reporting), document issues/resolutions, and create work instructions/SOPs/training materials

Key Requirements
