Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute logistics support for timely disaster response across multiple geographic locations, coordinating facilities, fleet, trailers, equipment caches, and supplies.
  • •Support warehouse operations including procurement, receiving, storage, organization, inventory control, and distribution of mission-critical equipment and supplies.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and asset accountability through audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, inventory reporting, and trend analysis.
  • •Track fleet vehicle, trailer, equipment, and supply movement/status/availability to identify replenishment needs and reduce shortages.
  • •Provide Emergency Operations and disaster response coordination support, including EOC activation duties and facilitating communication between field operations, the EOC, and external agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields.
  • •Proven record of personnel management experience including recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
  • •Experience using technology tools to communicate and coordinate within a remote network of staff, Greyshirts (volunteers), and external stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Successful past performance leading volunteers is highly desired; international medical logistics or medical supplies inventory/procurement experience is a plus.
