Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation initiatives across the Asset Management value chain, acting as an internal consulting partner for business and technology change. Shape Operations Strategy and Target Operating Models (TOMs), translate requirements into operating and technology solutions, and manage complex programs across functions and geographies. Drive organizational change, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage scope/timeline/budget/quality, and deliver executive-level governance and reporting.
