Job Summary

Ensure safety and security at the Inspection Center and Logistics facility by managing gate access, documenting vehicle movement, and conducting routine patrols. Serve as the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors while leading incident-ready actions and de-escalating situations. Partner with Safe and Secure leadership on badge creation and CCTV review, and use the Safe and Secure Application with RFID technology to support inventory control and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
•Conduct routine patrols of the inspection center and logistics facility yard and buildings, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Ensure incident-ready readiness by understanding and following the Incident Response Protocol and taking appropriate actions.
•Lead effective communication, de-escalate situations, and provide assistance as needed while exemplifying Carvana values.
•Use Safe and Secure Application and RFID technology, and partner with leadership on badge creation and CCTV review to address requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 17 hourly
