Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and installations on site.
  • •Complete remedial works and fault rectification to minimise end-user disruption and maintain service reliability.
  • •Provide technical advice and support to colleagues, client, and end users; supervise specialist contractors and coordinate with other trades.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure CAFM system is up to date; ensure compliance documentation is completed and submitted.
  • •Collaborate with the Technical Services team to ensure safety, JSP 375, and client requirements are met while maintaining site operations.

Key Requirements

  • •NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering; First Aid qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • •Experience in building services or facilities management; familiarity with SFG20 maintenance schedules and JSP 375 safe systems of work.
  • •IOSH Working Safely; HVAC experience or qualifications; F-Gas certification; Legionella awareness training.
  • •UK Nationals and ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical building services: heating, ventilation, pressurised water systems, compressed air systems, steam installations.
