Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely distribute asphaltic material by raking and shoveling.
  • •Match and finish freshly made asphalt joints evenly.
  • •Level and adjust surface irregularities and spread asphalt to proper grade before compaction.
  • •Move and deliver tools, equipment, and materials across the job site, including load and unload from a work truck.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures; assist with traffic control, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
