Key Responsibilities

  • •Own CPO switch system architecture and design from concept through mass production.
  • •Define hardware requirements, hardware architecture, board partitioning, and electro-optic-mech concepts, including reviewing schematics, components, layout, opto-mechanics, and DFM/T.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional hardware fields (board design, mechanics, thermal, production, software/firmware, RTL) to integrate the system.
  • •Lead technical problem-solving and validation activities during electrical and optical integration in a lab environment.
  • •Support production and qualification by accompanying testing and validation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years as a System/Hardware Engineer with experience designing and integrating complex hardware projects.
  • •Hands-on lab experience and strong hardware and software tools skills.
  • •Proven ability leading multi-disciplinary technical projects.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of RTL implementations (CPLD/FPGA).
