Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and perform Reliability and corresponding analysis work requested by stakeholders for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs; provide results for final reports.
  • •Plan daily/shift tasks to ensure timely completion and ensure job handover to the next shift.
  • •Perform basic maintenance and care to tools and machines.
  • •Maintain workplace compliance with 5S and safety requirements.
  • •Support internal and external audits and contribute to capability/technique enhancements for better precision and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of reliability environmental stress test requirements, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT tests.
  • •Hands-on experience with analysis techniques and analysis instruments such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, and FIB.
  • •Knowledge of material characterisation procedures including Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion tests, and materials physics to associate reliability with relevant tests.
  • •Self-directed willingness to take on new tasks and ability to perform shift work and support overtime when required.
