Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer SharePoint farms and site collections, including patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • •Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other applications, including performance optimization, capacity planning, and database maintenance.
  • •Implement backup, restore, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions (e.g., Always On, clustering), including related testing.
  • •Develop PowerShell automation and tooling for routine tasks, and generate reports for system health, usage, and compliance.
  • •Proactively monitor and troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, execute changes with risk mitigation, and participate in on-call support rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level SharePoint and SQL Server environments.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint (including SharePoint Online) and Microsoft SQL.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
  • •Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
  • •Implement secure configurations using least-privilege access models and support audit/compliance readiness.
