Job Summary

Deliver secure, scalable collaboration services across on-premises, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 environments by administering SharePoint farms and site collections and managing SQL Server platforms that support key applications. Own patching, upgrades, governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, while implementing backup/restore, disaster recovery, and high availability. Automate operational tasks with PowerShell and uphold security/compliance via least-privilege access and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer SharePoint farms and site collections, including patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
•Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other applications, including performance optimization, capacity planning, and database maintenance.
•Implement backup, restore, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions (e.g., Always On, clustering), including related testing.
•Develop PowerShell automation and tooling for routine tasks, and generate reports for system health, usage, and compliance.
•Proactively monitor and troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, execute changes with risk mitigation, and participate in on-call support rotation.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level SharePoint and SQL Server environments.
•Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint (including SharePoint Online) and Microsoft SQL.
•Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
•Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
•Implement secure configurations using least-privilege access models and support audit/compliance readiness.
