Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end global finance function, including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls, and financial operations.
  • •Design AI-native financial architecture: operating model, pricing strategy, unit economics, and performance framework to maximize long-term value.
  • •Drive enterprise value creation through new revenue streams, business model innovations, pricing/package opportunities, and strategic investments to improve profitability and capital efficiency.
  • •Optimize the global corporate structure across legal entities with scalable capital allocation, tax strategy, and international operations.
  • •Lead capital markets strategy for institutional financing preparation, including investor relationships, board reporting, financial storytelling, due diligence, and overall readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company scaling from ~$20M to $100M+ ARR.
  • •Track record building pricing, monetization, and unit economics strategies for AI, SaaS, or consumption-based products.
  • •Experience leading Finance end to end across multiple international jurisdictions, including tax strategy, transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and consolidation.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading fundraising efforts (Series C, Series D, or later) with investors and boards, managing due diligence and complex transactions.
  • •Ability to operate as the CEO’s closest financial advisor, providing clear, board-ready financial storytelling and data-driven decision support.
