Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent oversight, assurance, coordination, and performance management for all PMC supply chain activities.
  • •Establish and lead supply chain monitoring processes, governance, reporting, and risk management, including escalation protocols.
  • •Oversee EPC procurement performance (without direct procurement): procurement progress, supplier performance, RFQs/bid evaluations/awards, and long-lead equipment status.
  • •Lead a comprehensive expediting program covering engineering, manufacturing, inspections, FAT readiness, export/shipping documentation, and delivery coordination across China and Indonesia.
  • •Assure logistics, customs/importation coordination, and site materials management (receipt/inspection/storage/preservation/inventory/traceability) to protect construction, commissioning, shutdown, and project completion milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience on major industrial projects.
  • •Minimum 8 years as a senior Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, Logistics Manager, or Materials Manager.
  • •Experience managing supply chains with China-based manufacturers and suppliers, including oversized and heavy-lift equipment logistics.
  • •Relevant industrial experience (e.g., mining/metals/smelting, power, oil & gas, petrochemicals) and international procurement/importation into Indonesia.
