Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate engineering, construction, and contractor activities to support safe and successful project delivery.
  • •Provide technical guidance during construction by interpreting drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
  • •Monitor field execution to ensure work aligns with approved IFC drawings, project requirements, and quality standards.
  • •Resolve RFIs, field change requests, and technical challenges to maintain project momentum and minimize rework.
  • •Partner with QA/QC teams on inspections, test plans, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years of field engineering experience supporting industrial construction projects.
  • •Experience on mining or mineral processing projects, with gold processing experience as a strong asset.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •Strong knowledge of Canadian construction practices, applicable codes, and industry standards.
