Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a customer-facing capacity to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products to meet customer and operational needs.
  • •Support delivery of contract deliverables including training manuals, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation.
  • •Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in real-time and drive them to resolution.
  • •Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams, and support operational and logistical plans for events.
  • •Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup, software configuration, pre-configuration, and troubleshooting of networking environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in strong problem solving in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
  • •Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
  • •Ability to translate and decompose technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • •Ability to travel more than 75% of the year to remote regions for up to two months at a time, including to hazard zones; eligible for an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
