Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day health and safety compliance across offices and studio spaces in Poland while supporting broader EMEA locations. Serve as a subject-matter expert for health and safety programs, legal compliance records, audits/inspections, risk assessments, emergency planning, and training delivery. Coordinate ergonomic assessments, fire drills, and emergency equipment checks, partnering with Facilities and vendors and tracking corrective actions through completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement, monitor, and continuously improve health and safety programs in line with local requirements and company standards.
•Maintain the H&S legal compliance digital system and keep H&S documentation, records, and reports up to date.
•Conduct H&S audits/inspections, conduct risk assessments, and ensure hazards are mitigated with corrective/preventive actions tracked to completion.
•Ensure emergency planning (Emergency Plan and H&S Policy) is updated and support required local H&S training delivery.
•Oversee ergonomic programs and assessments, coordinate fire drills, inspect/emaintain emergency equipment, and coordinate first aid and fire warden training with vendors.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of occupational health and safety experience, preferably in office, studio, or entertainment environments.
•Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation in Poland.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, plus a formal Health & Safety qualification recognized in Poland.
•Knowledge of Polish Health & Safety law and regulations.
•Effective management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, and organizational skills, including strong communication in Polish and English.
