Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently author user documentation and eLearning video tutorials, with occasional writing of product webpages and app tour videos.
  • •Revise and maintain documentation across multiple Odoo versions, incorporating peer feedback and adhering to content guidelines.
  • •Read and write in RST markup and submit documentation via Git, including performing content and technical reviews using GitHub.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants and functional support (with occasional input from R&D) to stay current on product features.
  • •Manage your own documentation project pipeline using Odoo Project and prioritize content updates based on product changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • •Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating technical documentation and creative writing skills.
  • •Experience writing technical documentation in ERP or SaaS environments.
  • •Proficiency with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.
