Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced cybersecurity content focused on security, networking, connectivity, and cloud solutions.
  • •Design and deliver advanced training workshops using current technologies and firmware.
  • •Design, deploy, and update virtual/physical infrastructures and hands-on lab environments for Fortinet NSE higher levels, including documentation and alpha/beta testing.
  • •Design and deploy the Fortinet FCX practical exam and coordinate proctoring for advanced sessions.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and interface with Fortinet departments (training, sales, product management, professional services, TAC, development, CSE) to build and adapt advanced training programs and maintain stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced technical knowledge of computer networks and Internet security, including networking and security protocols.
  • •10+ years designing, installing, and/or operating network security solutions (e.g., next-generation firewalls, VPNs, IPS, antivirus, web content filtering, antispam, vulnerability managers, database security, VoIP security, cloud security, security operations).
  • •Advanced knowledge of secure cloud environments, including private cloud (Microsoft, VMware NSX, OpenStack) and public cloud (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle).
  • •Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix variants) and authentication systems; experience designing and operating secured wireless networking; database and VoIP security knowledge.
  • •Be Fortinet Certified Expert (FCX) certified (valid and obtained at least one year before applying); strong technical writing/visual media and English communication; travel availability of 60%+.
