Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise a team of automation technicians and associates while building a culture of safety and high performance.
  • •Achieve weekly production plans on time and in full while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • •Ensure Good Manufacturing Procedures, housekeeping, and compliance with OH&S to maintain a safe work environment.
  • •Use performance data to identify improvement opportunities; facilitate root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • •Serve as primary escalation point for severe equipment malfunctions, guide troubleshooting, coordinate repairs, and conduct training to upskill the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
