Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain financial models for prospective management agreements, including property performance, management fee streams, ramp-up assumptions, and Flow-level economics.
  • •Underwrite prospective assets and owner partnerships, analyzing operating statements, unit mix, occupancy, pricing, and historical performance to assess fit and viability.
  • •Assess market supply/demand and feasibility (rates, competitive positioning, development pipelines, benchmarks) and translate findings into clear pursuit recommendations.
  • •Support management agreement structuring and negotiation, covering fees, pre-opening/technical service fees, term, performance tests, owner obligations, termination rights, exclusivity, and brand standards.
  • •Prepare deal materials and coordinate due diligence across financial, operational, legal, technical, and commercial workstreams; support deal execution through term sheet, contract execution, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment, strategy, or related roles with strong financial analysis and underwriting experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly building complex financial models.
  • •Strong understanding of real estate and operating metrics (e.g., NOI, margins, occupancy, ADR/rental rates, RevPAR) and management fee economics.
  • •Knowledge and experience evaluating, structuring, or negotiating management agreements and owner-operator commercial structures is strongly preferred.
