Financial Health Strategy Manager

Lead Financial Health strategy improvements for customers tackling financial hardship. As an Individual Contributor with indirect squad leadership, you’ll deliver strategic changes, partner cross-functionally with analysts, product, engineering, and operations, and use qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and portfolio performance. You’ll work with external partners to ensure standards, manage governance and monitoring, and support junior team growth while navigating key regulatory frameworks such as CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty, and the CCA.
