Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and reformulation projects for cementitious adhesives, façade mortars, cement-based products, renders, and repair solutions.
  • •Develop formulations and manage laboratory tests per standards (EN 12004, EN 998, EN 1504, etc.).
  • •Coordinate industrial tests and scale-up with production.
  • •Analyze raw materials, evaluate suppliers and propose technical or economical alternatives.
  • •Document developments and draft technical reports and product specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering or related fields; master’s in construction materials, cement chemistry or project management is a plus.
  • •1-2 years of experience in formulation or development of construction chemical products, preferably cementitious products (adhesives, mortars, repairs, self-levelers).
  • •Experience in managing technical projects or roles with technical responsibility.
  • •Knowledge of additives, cements, mineral fillers and cement chemistry; ability to design formulations and analyze results.
  • •Spanish native or advanced, technical English (reading data sheets, standards, communicating with suppliers).
  • •Advanced Excel (Office package)
