•Take and record in-room dining orders via phone and in-person interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
•Answer room service calls promptly and courteously and follow up with guests for additional services
•Input orders into the system and transmit to the kitchen; process payments and charges accurately
•Prepare rooms and deliver food/beverages with proper presentation and according to SOPs; assist servers during busy periods
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station; handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Key Requirements

•English is required; ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management
•At least vocational diploma in any discipline
•Minimum of 1 year in hospitality; fresh graduates welcome
•Knowledgeable in various kinds of food and beverage
