Key Responsibilities

  • •Assembles OEM parts into finished products.
  • •Provide technical expertise in production issues.
  • •Reads technical instructions related to mechanical assembly and works from diagrams, wire lists, and shop practices.
  • •Ensures quality and timeliness of delivery of assembled products, working with the Quality Team to meet company systems and procedures.
  • •Performs routine assembly preparation tasks and can handle more complex equipment; performs quick failure analysis and proposes actions to the team lead/supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed at least 2 years of an associate technical course or short vocational course.
  • •Ability to read technical design drawings, instructions, or schematic diagrams.
  • •Preferably 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Preferably experience in manufacturing tools and techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • •Ability to perform routine assembly preparation tasks and support multiple skill levels for assembly activities.
