Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments for global client accounts.
  • •Architect co-management strategies and SCCM-to-Intune migration plans, including workload transition, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • •Own enterprise patch management programs, including policy, SLAs, exception management, compliance reporting, and emergency/zero-day response.
  • •Lead advanced OS deployment and provisioning, including Windows 11 migration, Autopilot + Intune zero-touch provisioning frameworks, and OSD platform operations.
  • •Act as primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, driving governance, delivery quality, escalation resolution, and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including site architecture, OSD, patch management, and reporting.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including full MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access.
  • •Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment experience, including task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and Autopilot ZTP.
  • •Advanced PowerShell automation for SCCM/Intune operational efficiency, reporting, and integration.
  • •Experience integrating vulnerability management (Qualys/Tenable) with SCCM/Intune patch deployment and reporting.
