Job Summary

Drive growth for Snorkel AI in the Intelligence Community by building and managing a strategic territory, translating mission needs into AI-enabled solutions, and guiding complex opportunities from initial engagement to contract award. You will engage with mission operators, analysts, and leaders, collaborate with solution architects and AI engineers, and shape outcomes that deliver measurable mission impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and grow an Intelligence Community territory by identifying, developing, and advancing opportunities and developing a strategic territory plan with growth objectives.
•Develop trusted relationships with mission operators, analysts, technical leaders, program offices, and acquisition stakeholders to drive opportunities.
•Own opportunities from initial engagement through contract award and manage multi-stakeholder engagements, forecasting, and pipeline progression.
•Collaborate with solution architects, AI engineers, and mission experts to shape AI-enabled solutions aligned to customer needs and translate mission requirements into operational outcomes.
•Represent Snorkel’s approach to AI evaluation, data development, and trusted AI deployment to deliver measurable mission impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 345,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with government or national security clients, with a proven quota-attainment track record.
•Ability to understand complex mission requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
•Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across mission operators, analysts, program offices, and contracting organizations.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Self-driven, capable of owning opportunities end-to-end and building a strategic territory plan.
