Job Summary

Support the Affinity & Digital Partnership team in driving strategic partnerships and digital product distribution. You’ll help with market research to identify digital platforms and new partnership opportunities for online insurance, monitor competitor activity, and analyze customer trends, partner performance, and campaign results. Contribute to day-to-day operational tasks and prepare reports and presentation materials to share insights with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth execution of partnership and digital initiatives.
•Conduct market research to identify digital platforms, ecosystems partners, and partnership opportunities for online insurance distribution.
•Monitor competitors’ activities and industry development in the digital and embedded insurance ecosystem.
•Analyze customer trends, partner performance, and campaign results using internal and external data sources.
•Prepare presentation materials and reports, and present findings for internal discussions and management updates.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related disciplines.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently; interest in digital business models, partnerships, and the insurance industry.
