Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle retail credit processing end-to-end through RCAP until approval by higher authority.
  • •Assure immediate processing of applications from branches, Priority Team, and DST; prioritize policy/SOP, priority, and VIP cases.
  • •Manage the retail assets portfolio, consolidating achievements and monitoring RCIT productivity and efficiency.
  • •Prepare and circulate yearly/monthly/weekly/daily MIS reports and develop RCIT capacity plans.
  • •Ensure compliance with Risk, Compliance & Audit policies, ORMF, and Information Security policies, and coordinate regulatory/audit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years’ experience in banking, with at least 5 years in a sales and service role.
  • •Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the RCIT team.
  • •Good knowledge of local banking regulations and all retail products.
  • •Fluent Arabic and English (write, speak, read).
  • •Basic PC skills in MS Office and spreadsheets.
