Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end testing for FortiAIGate across SaaS and on-premises deployments, including functionality, integration, performance, and reliability.
  • •Design and implement SaaS test capabilities for multi-tenant isolation, tenant onboarding/provisioning, metering/billing-accuracy reconciliation, and license/entitlement validation.
  • •Validate cloud-native capabilities such as elastic scaling, zero-downtime upgrades, and failover under Kubernetes (single-cluster and multi-data-center).
  • •Test AI security capabilities (LLM Gateway and AI Guardrails) for detection accuracy and regression of false-positive/false-negative rates, collaborating with red team.
  • •Build and maintain automated test frameworks/regression suites and drive shift-left testing and continuous validation in partnership with engineering and PM for release gating.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid software testing background with meaningful experience testing SaaS/cloud-native products.
  • •Hands-on multi-tenant SaaS testing experience including tenant isolation, provisioning, metering/billing reconciliation, and license/control-plane testing.
