Key Responsibilities

  • •Specialize in production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control and ensure MRP integrity.
  • •Maintain SAP Production Order release schedules, reschedule/TECO work orders, and perform pre-shortage and work order variance analyses.
  • •Review MRP execution accuracy, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling/PDS requirements.
  • •Review and ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), prepare status reports, and participate in floor audits.
  • •Drive inventory and process control activities, including analyzing usage and stock levels, cycle counting, and PCI root-cause/corrective actions.
