Key Responsibilities

  • •Digital delivery: Responsible for developing design outputs from initial concepts through to fully detailed design deliverables.
  • •Utilise digital tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes.
  • •Champion BIM: Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the projects.
  • •Coordinate project deliverables: Support coordination of deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget and managing resources.
  • •Mentor junior technicians: Work across Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians from a technical perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
  • •Minimum 5 years experience using Revit and coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software
  • •Experience delivering project information in accordance with BIM standards
  • •Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction
  • •Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple projects and manage resources
