Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate smallworks projects: lead minor refurbishment, interior alterations, and technical fit-outs within corporate office environments.
  • •Manage smallworks scope, programme, budget, and quality, including contractual oversight of contractors and specialist suppliers, with on-site QHSE and building-regulation compliance.
  • •Deliver MAC projects end-to-end, acting as the primary client-facing contact from initiation through handover and post-project follow-up.
  • •Plan and execute move projects using the MAC Playbook and tools (including move matrix, RACI, and stakeholder register), and manage FF&E inventories with circular economy requirements.
  • •Handle commercial and reporting work: prepare quotations and contract variations, monitor margins/fee revenue, evaluate and negotiate supplier quotations, and produce project reports and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of three years’ demonstrable experience in project management within a corporate or facilities management environment.
  • •Proven track record delivering smallworks, refurbishment, or office fit-out projects with a technical or construction background.
  • •Experience with MAC processes (corporate moves, relocations, decommissioning) is advantageous.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain management and contract administration, including working with contractors and trade contractors.
  • •Commitment to sustainability, circular economy principles, and Net Zero objectives.
