Job Summary

Collaborate with customers to ensure stormwater structural solutions meet project requirements and provide civil engineering support that helps achieve company commercial goals. Deliver design calculations, illustrations, and guidance for integrating Oldcastle products into site plans, answer structural inquiries, and support bid-phase design reviews. Maintain engineering standards, coordinate with production teams, support regulatory submittals, and enter project data to enable accurate tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering customers and communicate product benefits and features.
•Provide accurate design calculations, basic illustrations, and guidance to integrate Oldcastle products within site plans to ensure structural integrity.
•Address project inquiries and product structural requirements from civil engineering customers.
•Assist sales during project bid phase with design review and confirm appropriate product design.
•Support submittal drawings, calculations, regulatory approvals, production, and product delivery while maintaining engineering standards and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred).
•4+ years of experience with structural design.
•Professional Engineering (PE) licensure preferred; ability to obtain PE within a year is required.
•Experience in reinforced concrete analysis and design.
•Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation and plans.
