Senior Proposals Manager leads multi-disciplinary bid teams to orchestrate high-value Water sector submissions, guiding governance, strategy, and win plans. You’ll coordinate with business leaders, technical experts, and partners to tailor proposals that meet client needs while driving competitive, high-quality tenders and continuous improvement across the bid lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex and high value strategic bids as Bid Manager or other senior support roles as required depending on size and complexity of the bid.
•Ensure that the appropriate bid governance and bid review processes are followed.
•Provide input to the strategic bid capture planning process;
•Work with the Opportunity Director to develop customised solutions that meets the client's specific needs and helps them achieve their objectives.
•Assist in prospect qualification throughout.

Key Requirements

•Significant bid management experience.
•APMP Foundation at minimum; degree level qualification in an appropriate subject.
