Job Summary

Safely perform electrical maintenance and preventative/condition-based repairs to keep plant equipment running across furnaces, presses, hydraulic systems, engines, motors, pumps, and production machines. Plan and execute shutdowns/outages, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues using measuring instruments, and maintain spare parts and drawings. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime, and work rotating shifts with possible overtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform electrical maintenance tasks and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
•Plan and execute shutdowns/outages and manage up-to-date spare parts and drawings.
•Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems and repair or replace defective parts using tools and equipment.
•Maintain and execute preventative and condition-based maintenance on plant assets to minimize downtime.
•Work independently and as part of a crew to support plant operation, including overtime and rotating shifts as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Associate (AS) degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Controls (PLCs).
•Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical and/or instrumentation experience in industrial manufacturing.
•Strong experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens S7 PLCs.
•Ability to pass a background check and physical (including drug and alcohol screen), and meet fall protection requirements.
