Key Requirements

  • •Hold an Engineering Degree (BEng/MEng) or equivalent experience.
  • •Have civil/manufacturing/structural background and Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status nearing CEng.
  • •Strong expertise in structural steel analysis and design.
  • •Be fully conversant with Eurocodes and British Standards.
  • •Experience reviewing and checking design outputs, with knowledge of lifting/handling and LOLER.
