Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the affiliate/partner program strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and creator segments.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners.
  • •Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures to drive profitable growth.
  • •Stand up tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls so affiliate impact is measurable and clean.
  • •Partner with creative and lifecycle on affiliate assets, landing pages, and promo copy, and collaborate with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue.
  • •Hands-on expertise with affiliate/partner platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar) and tracking/attribution.
  • •Strong analytical skills around attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs payout math.
  • •Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners.
  • •Skilled at designing commission structures and controlling for fraud and low-quality traffic.
